The pedestal of the monument is 1.5 meters high and made of cut stone on a square base. On the pedestal, there are moon and stars on the four sides of the white marble column and four roses on the top. The pyramidal base of the monument is pink colored mosaic. Behind it, nine steps lead up to the bastions section. The monument is surrounded by a low wall. The garden has two parts. The front part is organized as a park and is entered through a wide iron gate.
