It is the only place of worship remaining in Ipsala from the Ottoman Period to the present day. Alaca Mustafa Pasha, one of the commanders who showed usefulness in the years following the Ottoman raiders from Gallipoli to Thrace and was rewarded in various ways for this reason, built this building named after himself. The last congregation place of the building was closed later. The mosque with a single dome and a single minaret is made of cut stone. The dome cover is made of lead and the minaret has a single balcony.
