  • Edirne White Cheese is a white cheese specific to Edirne, produced by using the milk of the milk-giving animals raised here. Edirne White Cheese is produced with a single type of milk without using mixed milk.
  • The speciality of the cheese is that it has a different flavour in different months. The reason for this is that the nutritional values of the milk of animals fed with vegetation that varies according to the months differ. Therefore, the flavour of cheese produced with milk with different nutritional values also differs.
