The building is symmetrical. The entrance is made from the centre of the building, from the section protruding outwards, up steps and between two columns with composite capitals. The entrance mass is flamboyant and ornamented. There are three jambed windows on both sides of the entrance mass. The facade of the building is brick moulded. It has rectangular and flat arched windows. Window surrounds have stone cladding and ornaments. The entrance is taken inside the building and the top is in the form of a projection. This section is highly decorated. On the upper floor with a single window, the window has a round arch. There are false columns on both sides. The upper stones and keystones of the arch are especially emphasised.
