The mansion, which was built by the Greek Doctor Simsa in 1908, was later bought by the family of the famous sculptor İlhan Koma and was used by this family for many years.The building is used today as the service building of the Edirne Cultural Assets Protection Board Directorate.The building is a corner building with a hipped roof in a garden with two akatlı. The main entrance of the building is in the form of a rectangular niche and the facades of the upper floor facing the road are surrounded by balconies with overhanging balconies. The doors and windows are in rectangular form in a panel with overhanging mouldings. The entrance hall of the building is covered with marble imitation bonded plaster. The interior and façade decorations of the building are made use of antique applications. These interior and façade decorations of the building are similar to the 18 century European civil architecture examples.
