International Edirne Band and Liver Festival

The International Edirne Band and Liver Festival is organized to promote Edirne pan liver in the national and international arena and to attract local and foreign tourists to the city. In addition to the promotion of tava liver, local and foreign bands, various competitions, events and concerts are organized in the festival. The festival is held in Edirne every year in the fall. Organized by Edirne Municipality with the theme "Come to Edirne, Eat My Liver", the International Edirne Band and Liver Festival meets with the people of Edirne in autumn.

Within the scope of the festival, band teams from Turkey and abroad are hosted and Liver Eating and Hot Pepper Eating Competitions are organized. During the festival, where free liver is served to the public, concerts are held all over the city.
