It is a residence consisting of basement, ground floor, first floor and jihannüma floor. The basement floor is plastered and the other floors are covered with wooden cladding. The basement windows have thick frames and keystone decorations. The ground floor entrance was pulled in from the façade, raised by a staircase and placed in a rectangular iwan. Stained glass decorations were made on the wooden double-leaf entrance door. The entrance is enlivened with wooden tooth cut decoration. A balcony is placed on the entrance iwan, which is carried by wooden hand and foot balusters. The wooden balcony pillars are terminated with hand böğründs on the roof. There is a bay window on both sides of the balcony. The bay windows sit on wooden brackets.
All windows of the building have rectangular forms and wooden frames. The tops of the windows are crowned with wooden brackets and the bottoms are enlivened with wooden carvings. There is a large balcony on the Cihannüma floor. Gable roof and hipped roof were used together in the building. A gable roof with a triangular pediment was used on the Cihannüma floor and a hipped roof was used in the transition to the Cihannüma floor. The building, one of the magnificent houses of Edirne, was recently repaired.
