It is located northwest of Üç Şerefeli Mosque. Its other name is Medrese-i Cedide. The madrasa consists of 19 cells and two classrooms, one open and one closed. The columns carrying the porticoes are marble around the courtyard, their capitals are without bracelets and with diamonds. The intervals between the columns are not equal, but are made according to the place, and the arch transitions are adapted to this situation. Therefore, the height of the broken arches, which appear to be pointed, is not even half the height of the openings even in the narrowest ones. The portico facing the entrance of the building has a Bursa arch. The top of the portico is vaulted and vaulted throughout.

Of the cells, 16 are domed and 3 are cross-vaulted. Each cell has a door, a portico and three windows, two of which open outwards. Some cells have a hearth. Classrooms are covered with domes. The entrance dome of the building is divided into 10 slices and a ten-part star is placed on the top. The pulleys and mouldings of the building are made of cut stone. The dome pulley is deaf. There are ornaments only on the iwan and closed classroom cornices. The only element of the building, which was restored in 1968 after it was very dilapidated, is the crown door niche covered with a fluted half dome and the muqarnas decorating the dome above the entrance, including its pendants.
