It is a single storey building with a roof with an overhanging eaves of about one metre. The eaves are in the form of a wooden cassette. The eaves are carried by double brackets every 3 metres. The windows of the building are above standard in both width and length. Their tops are in the form of deafened pointed arches in the form of a cassette. The pointed arches and the building are surrounded horizontally by a white strip of moulding. Basement and first floor should be moulded at the floor level.
