It is a single storey building on the ground floor. The entrance is provided by a wooden and double-winged door raised by steps from the garden. The ceiling of this section, where the entrance is provided, is decorated and there are columns with Ionic style capitals on the sides. The columns are connected to each other with round arches and the arch stones are protruding. The entrance is organised in the form of a balcony. In this section, the arrangement of columns and arches continued. But the column capitals are in Corinthian style. The wooden ceiling is carved. The balcony is divided into three by longitudinal round arches. The windows on the entrance facade have round arches. On the facade, a mobility was given to the building with plasters, Corinthian capitals, inter-storey mouldings, triangular pediment on the roof and tooth-cut decorations under the eaves.
