According to the fountain inscription, it was built by Rabia Gülnus Emetullah Valide Sultan. The fountain was built using cut stone and has a single facade. It has a reservoir and its cover is flat. There is a niche with a splayed pointed arch on the façade of the fountain. The construction inscription was placed between the niche and the eaves. There is no mirror stone in the arched niche on the façade. Above the tap in the niche, there are slightly pointed arched bowls on the right and left. There are troughs made of stone in front. The pointed arch on the back of the fountain serves as a mihrab.
